Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TalkyZoo (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the App immediately. These Terms govern the use of the App and any updates provided by us.

Description of the App

TalkyZoo is an educational application designed to help children develop language and communication skills through fun and interactive activities. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Privacy and Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, or share personal information.

The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising services, or tracking technologies.

Parents and guardians can be assured that children's information is not collected or transmitted.

Subscriptions and Payments

TalkyZoo offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and annual).

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through the App Store.

Payment will be charged to the user's Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

Children's Privacy and Compliance

This App complies with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), the Google Play Families Policy, and applicable Brazilian privacy laws, including LGPD.

The App does not contain third-party advertisements or external links.

The App is designed to provide a safe environment for children, although parental or guardian supervision is recommended.

License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal educational purposes.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

• Use the App for commercial purposes.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App.

Updates

We may update the App periodically to improve functionality and user experience.

Such updates do not alter our commitment to privacy and security.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

Users who violate these Terms may have their access revoked.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
